Reads, for this summer? most like like!

I've been reading a novel and I can't make anything of it . I don't even know what the plot is:( The story? I've got no ideas where it's headed?? and the characters are ambiguous. Now am I going to continue reading it..most likely because I committed myself to reading one French novel a month or more; it really depends. If I can't engage myself there's no point in persuing this any longer.  I need to feel that I am getting the story from the get-go.  This is all I have to say really. Nothing exciting is happening in my life.

New reads for 2022? Young Adult novels plus self-help

What would I like to read for 2022?? According to Great Reads I have three novels to read with the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld. Search results for "Scott West" (showing 1-20 of 1068 books) | Goodreads

With Lisi Harrison, I only read one Clique series novel. I like to read but right now it ain't freaking getting in >:(  It is frustrating me a lot; ever since the first stupid lockdown when I dissociated I felt like I had come out of my body I was just existing that's it. This is something I can discuss in another blog but not sure if I will. It's very personal and frightening for me.

New Novel by Joyce Meyer: There's a new novel by Joyce Meyer out on the stands, it is expensive though. I got to be sure to read it if I'm going to buy it :S.https://a.co/az4QtTB. This is just talk right now. not sure if things are gonna pan out.
